Vulcan Waterproofing Conducts Free Basement Inspection in East Coast

This fall season, Vulcan Waterproofing will conduct a free basement inspection to all residential and commercial properties in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

vulcan_waterproofing_specialist
A waterproofing specialist, with selected trainees, will arrive in your doorstep and will perform a free assessment. It begins with the specialist leading the team. They will examine the basement and its surrounding areas.

Barbara Spiegel posted a five-star review and said, “In November of 2011, Vulcan came and waterproofed my basement. I have not had a drop of water since. I no longer worry when it rains now, and my family has a great new family room to hang out in.”

Leaks and cracks are the primary causes of basement water problems. Free inspection means expected problems become visible. These are but not limited to extreme humidity, rough floor surfaces, wall cracks, pipeline leaks and sump pump breakdown.

Gregnor P of Queens New York wrote a five-star review, “I was referred to Vulcan Basement Waterproofing by one of my neighbors who were very happy with them. This was my first time using them. I needed to have them install two sump pumps.

One of them was in the front of my home at 25 feet and the other was in the back of my home at 25 feet. The technicians were very pleasant and informative. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. The system is working excellent. I have already recommended them to other people.”

After a thorough examination, the specialist will openly discuss the repair process and necessary price adjustments with the owner. Repairs only occur after a formal agreement between the two.

Vulcan Waterproofing began its operation in 1947. Its service areas were made available to Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and in Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Westchester County, Fairfield County, Newark, Philadelphia, Harrisburg and New Castle.

The company successfully solved below-ground water problems for more than 65 years. Within the time frame, more than 500,000 basements went a series of thorough renovation and more than 500,000 homeowners felt happy.

Joe Kerrigan of Stamford, Connecticut was one of them, “Kudos to the employees at Vulcan Waterproofing. I only wish I hadn't waited so long to have my basement waterproofed. Thanks to all, job well done!”
